What we collect, and why.

How this site handles your information · Last updated June 2026

This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and who we share it with. It covers the Zyntari marketing site and our direct communications with you — not systems we build and hand over to clients, which are governed by each client's own policies.

01What we collect

When you contact us — through the form or by email — we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, company or product details, and the contents of your message. We don't ask for sensitive personal data, and you should not send any.

02How we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and scope your project
  • To prepare and send a written quote
  • To communicate with you about an active engagement

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

03Service providers

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate — for example, email and hosting services. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Building work may involve providers such as Supabase, hosting platforms, LLM APIs and Stripe, used within client projects.

04Retention

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

05Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll handle the request within a reasonable time.

06Cookies

This site uses only essential storage needed to remember your language preference. It does not use advertising or third‑party tracking cookies.
