This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and who we share it with. It covers the Zyntari marketing site and our direct communications with you — not systems we build and hand over to clients, which are governed by each client's own policies.
When you contact us — through the form or by email — we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, company or product details, and the contents of your message. We don't ask for sensitive personal data, and you should not send any.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use what you write to us to advertise to you. We do record that an enquiry happened so we can measure which campaigns are worth running, but the contents of your message are never sent to an advertising platform. See the cookies section below for what is measured.
We rely on a small set of trusted providers to operate — for example, email and hosting services. They process information only on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Building work may involve providers such as Supabase, hosting platforms, LLM APIs and Stripe, used within client projects.
We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email us and we'll handle the request within a reasonable time.
This site stores your language preference locally in your browser. That part is essential and is not shared with anyone.
Beyond that, we use Google Analytics and Google Ads on this site. They set cookies and record events such as which pages you viewed and whether you submitted the contact form, so that we can see which of our ads and articles actually bring people who need our help. This is measurement of our own marketing. We do not sell your information, and we do not build advertising profiles for anyone else.
You can opt out at any time with Google's own browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or by blocking these cookies in your browser settings. The site works normally either way.
If you use the chat assistant on this site, what you type is sent to an external AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate the reply, and the conversation is stored so we can follow up on your enquiry. Please do not type anything into it you would not put in an email to a stranger: no passwords, no ID numbers, no confidential documents. If you would rather not use an external provider at all, email us instead and you will get the same answer from a person.
Enquiries submitted through this site are stored in our database hosted in the European Union, with access limited to us. Some of the services we rely on, including Google's, process information outside Israel and the EU. We handle personal information in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 1981, and we treat requests from people in the EU under the GDPR as well.
