Accessibility statement.

We want this site to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, by keyboard alone, at high zoom, or with a screen magnifier. This page says plainly what we have done, what we know is still imperfect, and how to tell us when something blocks you.

01The standard we work to

We build this site against Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on the international WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA, in the spirit of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the service accessibility regulations made under it. We treat that standard as the target we are working toward, not as a badge we have already earned.

02What is accessible today

These are the things we have checked and can state as fact:

• Every page opens with a "skip to main content" link, so keyboard users do not have to tab through the whole menu on each page.
• Every image on the site carries a text alternative for screen readers.
• Every field in the contact form is programmatically tied to its label, so a screen reader announces what each field is for.
• Each page declares its language, and the Hebrew pages are laid out right to left, so screen readers pronounce the content correctly.
• The site can be operated with a keyboard alone, and the visible focus outline is never removed.
• Page content is present in the HTML itself rather than appearing only after scripts run, which helps assistive technology read it reliably.

03What is not done yet

We would rather tell you this than let you discover it:

• The site has not yet been audited by a certified accessibility examiner. Our checks so far are our own, partly automated, and an automated check cannot find every barrier. A professional audit is planned.
• The client dashboard at /dashboard is a separate application behind a login. It has not been reviewed to the same level as the public pages.
• Some content is served by third parties, such as web fonts and the assistant chat. Where a third party controls the markup, our ability to fix a barrier there is limited, though we will always raise it with them.
• We have not tested with every combination of browser, operating system and assistive technology. If yours behaves differently, please tell us.

04Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site blocked you, we want to hear about it, and we would rather hear it directly than have you give up. Tell us which page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what you use to browse. That is usually enough for us to reproduce it.

We aim to acknowledge every accessibility report within two business days, and to tell you either that it is fixed or when we expect to fix it. If we cannot fix something, we will say so and offer another way to get what you needed.

05An alternative route, always

Nothing on this site is the only way to reach us. If any page or form is unusable for you, email or message us and we will take your enquiry that way, gather the same details by conversation, and send you the same written quote. You will not get a lesser service for not using the form.

06How this page is kept honest

We review this statement whenever we make a significant change to the site, and at least once a year. The date at the top is the date it was last reviewed, not the date it was first written. If a claim on this page ever stops being true, treat that as a fault worth reporting to us.
